While passing through Takht Bai in KPK tried the famous chapli kababs at a road side restaurant. We ordered 250 gm kababs with eggs. The kababs were exceptionally tender but partly undercooked. When we asked the shopkeeper to cook them a little bit more he told us that this is how we keep it soft otherwise they become very hard. I wonder if we were taken for a ride. Though the taste was pretty good.
