While picking up my girl from work this morning, I noticed and pointed out a shiny object moving under power across the sky. We watched it for a very long time. Not a plane....no wings. Not a helicopter...no rotors. Not a balloon.....deliberate unchanging trajectory at what I would judge to have been around 1000-3000 feet in the air. I would have killed for binoculars. The only logical, reasonable explanation I can come up with is.....DRONE. It moved exactly like the video we see on the news. Someone tell me what a drone would be needed for above Mandan ND???
