While rifling the attic last month for Christmas decorations I - TopicsExpress

While rifling the attic last month for Christmas decorations I stumbled upon a few things that have been packed away for (15)+ years. This is a Simpson Super shark, minus a visor or flap flap and Gurney Flap or wickerbill on top, just as all Simpson drivers would wear in the day. I cut it in half and had it for display each race weekend. Many drivers took a helmet right off the rack (literally) and many others required light to heavy modification in the interior. The largest melon I had to stuff in a helmet belonged to N.H.R.A.s Cruz Pedregon, about an 8 1/2. Two of the most heavily modified helmets, (each and every interior piece) were Eddie Cheever and Scott Pruitt.
