While there are many worthy causes, we ask if you would please consider helping us here at the Fortunate Ferret Shelter located at South Shore Ferret Care Rescue and Hospice to make their days a bit brighter. Each ferret has their story to tell and some are happier or sadder than others. We have many ferrets at the shelter that have been abandoned or abused and needing love and tender hospice care. They are ferrets that have made it safely to the shelter, many will stay till their time for the bridge comes. Theres nothing that replaces a safe loving home, nutritious food and fresh water but its nice to have a comfy bed or a fun toy to play with. Even the smallest of gifts or donations can mean the world to these special babies. We do our very best for them but we can only do so much since we have so many ferrets to care for. Would you consider sending little care package or a donation in honor of your ferrets or in memory of a special ferret or beloved pet who has touched your heart in the past? Please be a Special Santa or Hospice Angel Each ferret like at the shelter young and old wishes for a family to love them. While they are waiting for that special family, we could really use your help with some basic things.
