While this article is trending... I would like to shine a light on something extremely important. While my job is to research and constantly be able to back up my recommendations with proven resources and references... I wanted to highlight a few things about this article. This feed is actually a blog. (wordpress.) While I am aware that there are many websites created from blogging resources, this information is as credible as Wikipedia (anyone can write and publish within this wordpress outlet.) There are no specific sources or studies named other than referencing John Hopkins University. Even with this reference, there is no study named, dated, or even contributed to. While I WANT these things to be true, I challenge everyone to look very very very closely for resources before following this type of guidance. Notice all of the ads at the bottom? This website gets paid by these companies by the amount of people that hit their blog. Including me and including this share that I am typing as we speak. I feel very strongly against those who intensely promote medical advice and statistics with no formal references or research.... for a simple profit. Advertising can be quite a pain in the rear sometimes.
