While this video isnt all inclusive of all encounters between police officers and citizens my money says its prob a little too common. I have no loved ones who are officers but I def respect, admire and appreciate law enforcement and the job they do. Sure there are those who abuse their power and hopefully programs are in place and better programs that can be put into place to weed out those who need to be. Id think its relatively simple to stay off their radar by obeying laws and cooperating.
