While today’s update for iOS 8 did successfully deliver a number of performance improvements and some new in-game content, it seems that it hasn’t fixed all cases of the save game issues our players had been experiencing, leaving some of you with empty Homeworlds. We’re currently looking into a couple of ways how we can make this better for you. 1. Tomorrow morning (i.e. Tuesday 23rd September), we will be looking through our servers to determine a way of restoring your saves. 2. If that’s not possible for your particular save game, then please contact us via Support.22cans and we’ll do what we can to make things right. Sincere apologies for the frustration caused by losing your save game, rest assured we’re hard at work doing everything in our power to fix this issue for you.
