While very few employers would openly discriminate against NS men, it is clear that the concerns being raised now about women, PRs and new citizens joining SAF Corps are also applicable to all NSmen. Some employers are concerned that they will face an even tougher manpower crunch as they need workers around all the time. The reality is that these employers will likely look more favorably on foreigners who do not have NS obligations. What do you think?
