While working for an Adivasi programme in Bangalore with Adivasi activists from Coorg, a friend took us for lunch to a `Hindu Military Hotel Now the term `Hindu Military may be politically incorrect to many. But they served very tasty non-vegetarian food at a very reasonable price. I am told that there are over 300 such small joints all over Karnataka. I recommend some of the Sanghis who have argued with me about vegetarianism and non-vegarianism to try the tasty non-vegetarian food at the Hindu Military Hotel. Try the mutton head curry. Brain masala is also available. It is really worth a visit.
