Whilst in Boston Tea Party yesterday, Charlie (aged 3) projectile vomitted... possibly after having picked up the bug that his mummy has.. a friendly customer went to get staff to tell them about the mess, as i checked the direction/splash area of the sick hose... the friendly customer came back and said that the staff at the counter stated that we dont have enough staff and had handed over some blue roll and a cleaning spray... after cleaning up the vomit on the chair and floor, whilst being throughly embarassed and enraged at the same time from the lack of help , when i left i saw that they had 3 staff behind the counter being semi busy serving a few 3-4 customers which fd me right off but i thought this is not the right place or time.. i am now considering my options in raising this profit over customer service issue with Boston Tea Party... so what do you think people... a facebook comment on their site, an email, a strongly worded letter or a personal visit.. everyone knows when im on one i like a bit of a rant but what do you think would be most effective..../best for raising awarness/best for expressing customer unsatisfaction/just wanting to shout at them??!!
