Whilst the President Mugabe party and Government ZIM-ASSET Governing plan is loud and clear that the Government`s priority areas to work on and deliver are the 6 cluster areas of: Food Security and Nutrition; Infrastructure and Utilities, Social Services and Poverty Eradication, Value addition and Beneficiation, Fiscal Reform Measures and then Public Administration, Governance and Performance Management: the struggling to deliver President Mugabe Government is wasting state money buying luxurious cars for MPs and over-paying cash barons through salarygate among other useless Government projects and operations. Such a Government hell bent on violating its own blueprint, its own governing agenda, a Government hell bent on pursuing the wrong priorities and a Government hell bent on refusing to shape up must be legally replaced by a new Government of competent patriots at any opportunity.
