Whitney Warren Ranch LTD Good afternoon my Lincoln Horse Auctions Facebook friends. Thank you for viewing my horses that I have for sale for myself and my Lincoln Horse friend Rachel and the paint horse that Im offering for sale to help my friend. Unfortunately, the market for my horses has been destroyed by the case against me by the local District Attorney, Pat McGrath. Theyve put a case against me with solid evidence, according to them. Im going to share a letter that is in my file from the District Attorneys office. Its an email; their business card is part of this post and this was the only letter that was allowed in my file by the District Attorney, as youll note on the top of the letter; it was approved to be part of my file. And, the fact that all through this lynch mob mentality is orchestrated to take away my horses, ruin my reputation, shut down my ranch and my horse auction. The organizations behind this have gone outside the scope of their by-laws and articles of incorporation that are registered with the California State Attorney Generals office and whatever states theyre involved with. As a community Facebook site, I am simply keeping you guys updated on my case because it has to do with horses and what impact my case will have on the horse industry. An example, Horse Plus BOUGHT horses from me and in return they used those same horses against me. When I have bought horses from other persons, I assume the responsibility and understand that the person that I purchased the animals from is relieved of responsibilities by way of a bill of sale. But it looks like that in the rescue industry, its just a license to throw you under the bus. Now, youll see the letter from the Whitney Warren Ranch.
