Who Stole My Money? (Excerpt from Rhema For You, June 2013 Joh 6:12 When they were filled, he said unto his disciples, Gather up the fragments that remain, that nothing be lost. God hates wastage. When Jesus fed the multitudes, He commanded His disciples not to let any fragment (piece) go waste. Here Jesus is teaching us the wisdom of “No Wastage”. One fundamental truth you need to grasp when it comes to kingdom finance is that, we are custodians of God’s resources. The money we earn or are blessed with belongs to God – we are only custodians – and God expects us to use it wisely in order to support kingdom advancement. One of these days we will be standing before God to give an account of what we did with the money He blessed us with. You must ensure that every dollar or cedi is well accounted for. It is appalling to know that very sincere and hardworking people who work and earn money are broke all the time. This scenario is disheartening. The key lies in their lack of financial wisdom and intelligence.
