Who can join the promo? You must be at least 13 years old and above and a resident of the Philippines. Promo runs from February 1, 2014 to 11:59PM of March 31, 2014 and is available nationwide. How to join the promo? 1. This link will be used for referring the website thru different social networking sites (facebook, twitter and google+). If the DreamGiver user referred the website to his friend (non DreamGiver user), it will only be considered successful if his friend registers using his unique DreamGiver link. If in the case that the friend (non DreamGiver user) was referred by several DreamGiver users, only the first successful registration by another DreamGiver user will be considered valid. DreamGiver encourages its users to use their DGPs on the month they earned it as the system refreshes the unused DGP and will reset to zero (0) every first of the month. 3. To join the raffle, you need to exchange your DGP for a raffle ticket of your desired item. Example: One (1) Raffle ticket for the ₱200 Gift Check is equivalent to 200 DGP. How will the winner be chosen? 1. The winner will be picked from a raffle draw by using electronic raffle selection using random.org. 2. Once the user registered on DreamGiver, he/she will be eligible to join and win in the raffle. A member can only register once and earn DGP for a chance to join and win in the raffle. 3. Lucky winners will be announced depending on the raffle date. What are the guidelines? 1. Winners will be sent a letter through their registered mail and home address. We’ll explain how and when he/she can get the prize. We’ll also publish your registration code online. 2. To Claim the prizes: 2.1. Pick-Up System – the winner should proceed to our office, 23F GT Tower International, Ayala Ave. cor. HV Dela Costa St. Makati City and provide 2 valid IDs for proof of identity. 2.2. Delivery System for item prizes – the winner should present scanned copies of 2 valid IDs for proof of identity. Address on the ID should match the registered address on the system. 2.3 Online Balance Transfer (for cash prize winners) – the winner should present scanned copies of 2 valid IDs for proof of identity and provide bank account for cash prize deposit. Delivery of the raffle prize or transaction charge will be shouldered by DreamGiver. 3. Sample of accepted ID’s includes but is not limited to, driver’s license, SSS card, passport, TIN ID, School/Office ID. 4. If in case that the winner is below 18 years of age, winner should present the following requirements aside from the usual Dreamgiver requirement on claiming the prizes: If with parents: a) Parent’s written consent for joining Dreamgiver and for claiming the prize b) Copy of parent’s ID c) Birth certificate of the winner If with guardian: a) Guardian’s written consent for joining Dreamgiver and for claiming the prize b) Special power of attorney c) Copy of guardian’s ID d) Birth certificate of the winner 5. The winner is given the period of 60 days upon receipt of the registered mail to confirm and claim their prizes. Inability to confirm within the given date schedule will be automatically forfeited. 6. Disqualification Guidelines. Winner will be disqualified if proven of the following: a) User registration process is not complete and DreamGiver account is not verified. b) Details upon registration is proven to be not accurate such as name and address is suspicious and or user used several email accounts with malicious or suspicious information. c) User is proven to have several accounts on Dreamgiver. d) If by chance that a proven malicious user was drawn as a winner, Dreamgiver has the right to revoke the winning prize and have a schedule of re-draw of the raffle with a supervision of a DTI representative. e) Accounts created with inconsistent information and suspicious addresses will be automatically deleted by the system without prior notice.
