Bowler Lunge start out in a squat, flat back, knees NOT past the toes staying in the squat alternate sides bringing your leg back and diagonal behind you. alternate back and forth for 30 seconds ⏰ dont come up out of that squat Squat Walk staying in that squat, walk forward 4 counts, then back 4. reach your arm above your head as you move up and back. squat walk for 30 seconds⏰ stay in that squat Advanced combine both moves together ➡bowler lunge for 4 counts and squat walk for 4 ➡start out at 30 seconds and work up to a minute Message me for more info or visit my website @ megginandersonfitness
