Who ever sent this letter is a total idiot. If I were that parent I would be standing my ground. I dont know how hard it is to deal with an autistic child but i support anyone and everyone that does. I met a girl that was autistic and had spd at a great clips and the "stylist" started on her hair and then refused to finish because she called the child a "selfish brat" because she couldnt sit still or stop crying. And now I am banned from great clips for defending the child.
