Who said revolutionaries have no fun or soul? Listen to this track dedicated to the great Malcolm X sang by the revolutionary woman known as Mama Africa a.k.a Miriam Makeba. The song was originally written by her daughter Bongi who I think was the daughter she had with another revolutionary Kwame Ture a.k.a. Stokely Carmichael. I believe the backing band were the Black Panthers but I am not sure who the male vocal in this song is. If you do, please enlighten us and tell us what else you know.
