Who thinks the St. Louis can stand a conversation about race? NPR - TopicsExpress

Who thinks the St. Louis can stand a conversation about race? NPR is yet again more effective at highlighting backwards assumptions then the mirrors we use daily. Wonder if they will discuss the years of prosecutorial misconduct related to death row inmates? Or the armpit racial profiling policies embraced throughout the state? Or failing schools in the 2 major cities? Or lack of minority employment in various sectors? Or the still remaining disparity between sentencing of offenders based on race? Or the under funding of state agencies dedicated to protecting the health and civil rights of historically disadvantaged people? Or why Lincoln University - Missouri is still underfunded? Or why the Missouri Chamber of Commerce has fought for years to weaken discrimination laws and the rights of workers? We wonder if they are going to talk about that?
