Who wants to adopt the most precious dog alive? Its Teddy Graham Ranger. Sweet little Teddy was left by his owner at a DUMPSTER in Houston. Yes, he was thrown out with the trash. Thankfully, a good samaritan saw her leave him and snatched him up immediately. He was missing one eye and the other had a huge ulcer. We thought we were going to save the eye, but sadly he lost the other eye too! But.... he doesnt know hes blind. Hes adjusted extremely well and is now ready to head to a new home!
