On site cheap laundry machines New appliances (Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher) Garbage Disposal New carpet Super duper cheap utilities Im clean and easy to get along with Fancy Town (Toluca Lake oooOOOoOoO) Plenty of windows with great natural lighting Unbelievably nice and efficient landlord/building manager Rent control Safe area Secure safe building Quite complex (no loud upstairs neighbors) Corner apartment Easy access to major high ways (101,134) or metro stations Close to Hollywood, Burbank, North Hollywood, etc Plenty of space Surrounded by Major movie studios (Universal, Disney Animation, Warner Brothers) Working fire alarms (just installed new ones.
