Who would have thought all these years on we would still be talking about this horrific crime. Sounds like the initial investigation was completely botched by the AFP lead investigator LLoyd Worthy (pictured below) - mentioned in the article below. And then, earlier on the day he is killed, Winchester decides to set up a meeting with Mr Worthy to address adverse rumours that would have a profound impact on Worthys image - the meeting was the next day. Later that night, Worthy is then one of the first to investigate the crime scene but later left the scene to go to Winchesters Office to go through his papers - this is mentioned in the article below. The articles below, seem to suggest a man with a mental illness has been the target of a botched investigation and a potential cover up? There were 21 suspects ahead of Eastman, some of which didnt have alibis.
