Whos up for some core tonight?!?! Here are some different moves to throw in for your core workout. Do each of the moves 8 times and then repeat once and let me know how you feel! :) Lifting your feet up in the V sit is optional. Also lifting your head and shoulders off the ground is optional, BUT it will give you more upper ab work too. *Straddle - toes pointed and as you open your legs, flex your feet. As you bring your legs back together, SQUEEZE your thighs together. *Straddle with a criss cross *Knee pull - first singles and then doubles *V sit - press your hands into the ground and then against your thighs, adding resistance. *V chop - hold your legs up and chop your arms through as you roll up. These all take a little step outside the comfort zone and a lot of balance. Squeeze your entire core and DONT FORGET TO BREATHE! :D #gogetit #nevergiveup #piyolive
