Why Assad has been flattening the cities ? It is true that Syria regime is destroying houses as a collective punishment. Those areas r also strategic key areas. Flattening houses & buidlings help SAA &cos to regain ground. They blast, people flee, they advance, and so on. TNT barrels r the quickiets way. Regime does not care to have buidlings standing up because it does not have infantary to control the areas. So they destroy The distribution of the population will change. Majority will be the minorities and the majority will become minorities in the cities
