Why I Thermomix- Im often asked at demos how many times i use my thermomix each day.... i say that it varies between 0-20 times per day.....! Today it was used 14 times 1) porridge for breaky 2) peanut butter 3) raspberry jelly (I finally mastered homemade jelly, very excited, kids loved it but I didnt write down steps as I didnt think it would work!) 4) cheesymite scrolls 5) muesli bars 6) 3 batches of icy pole mixture to pop into kids ice pole sets- yoghurt, raspberry & choc and mango & watermelon and finally pineapple & strawberry 7) lemon slice for kinder meeting tomorrow 8) torte caprese for cooking class 9) beetroot salad 10) schredded 1kg of cheese 11) banana bread 12) veggie stock 13) milled schredded coconut into dedicated (cant buy organic dedicated coconut in our town so I mill it myself) 14) honey soy marinade for chicken skewers And dont for a minute think Ive spent the whole day in the kitchen... Ive also done school run, kinder run, gym class, shopping, delivered a Thermomix, 4 loads of washing, 1hr chasing our rabbit down the street, played barbies and the usual mother duties....... Thank goodness for thermo is all I can say!
