Why am I so nervous to settle in the suburbs? My hubby and I have lived downtown for around 5 yrs, with a 10 month stay out at the farm in our hometown. Our little condo was the first true home that we made with our beautiful babies and I have grown to cherish our downtown neighborhood deeply! Everyday, I have packed a baby in my ergo and out the front door for a stroll, coffee, playdates, Science Center, Sculpture Park, little beach, to our favorite lunch spots, baseball games, enjoyed the Seattle sun and played in the rain, and picnicked on our little deck in our little corner of this little city for 3+ yrs! I love change, but I am so nervous and excited for this big step. Leaving downtown is getting real! We found a beautiful home in Sammamish and things are moving fast!
