Why am I starting this business? I want to share with others the knowledge, wisdom and experience I have acquired throughout the years regarding healthy living, and eating a healthy, clean diet. I have strived to change myself and integrate teachings, principles, values, behaviors, and actions into my life that promote vitality, health, balance, and joy. I believe that through eating a correct diet of whole, nutrient dense foods, moving our bodies through exercise and strength training, getting plenty of sunshine, sufficient sleep, drinking plenty of filtered water, and connecting to nature ......we can all be in harmony with ourselves, each other and with the earth. I am so excited to start this new endeavor helping others with what I know to be true.
