Why are young men fascinated by degrading music that misrepresents femininity? Why do young women have a tendency to be attracted to those who depreciate their morals? Boys should have the mindset to be honest rather than impressive. Girls should learn the difference between someone who wants the be with you rather than someone who wants to get with you. For a relationship to last, the foundation must be a relationship with God.I have become aware of how relationships function between adolescents and what they are built on. When we are young we have a what you would call a check list of things we want to have by a certain point in our lives but what we dont realize is how hard we push ourselves to rush into a relationship with someone who in the end, only wants one thing; and we all know what that is. You cant force yourself to feel the feeling of love, reasons being the solid fact that love at our age is simply just lust. Being as young as we are we dont comprehend that in order to meet the one that god has chosen for you, you have to wait for the person who doesnt seek to compromise your purity, but seeks full heartedly to protect it. Society will push you to become someone that you are not and will convince you to do something that you would later feel ashamed of.Until the day he sends the man who makes my heart stand still, I vow to wait because it is Gods will. So on that note.... Dear Future husband, Even though you have not been placed in my life yet, the Bible says, Love is patient. To prove my love is true, I will wait for you and trust God and his timing. Till we meet at the altar , I will remain patient and I will not try to look for you because you will be placed in my life when I am ready. Single doesnt mean that you dont know anything about love. It just means you know enough to wait for it.
