Why can it be so challenging to follow what you love? Does something stop you? Whether it is to love your work/job, travel, eat healthy food, sing out loud, yoga practice, or even to love but then show love to your partner, children, yourself and even a stranger. It is true there are so many ways to show and experience love. What is it that holds one back? Fear or conditioning of one’s thoughts that presents itself when one makes a choice? When an action to follow love could prevail. I have found myself in many experiences that I have found challenging and uncomfortable. I have also found in these moments it is a place of vulnerability and honesty.. Tell me what do you love to do? Do you love to be you? It is also easy to love and show love in moments when love is shown to you. Why is it so challenging to show love when love may not be shown? Could it be a true exploration of one’s self to show love in these moments? Love has shown me that it is mysterious and always changing, and for us all love can be expressed in so many forms and creative ways. Be intrigued by love may it guide you and not the conditioning thoughts that once did. Get to know love, ask questions, try something new, be creative, stop resisting, start excepting. You are a creation of pure infinite love and divine source. Reading all the wisdom and knowing all the knowledge is one thing. To make a choice to act on it is another. It is our actions that speak volume not words. Is this what Jesus, Buddha, Gandhi, Mother Theresa, Dalai Lama and so many other enlightened beings are and were practicing? Is this what a friend, brother, sister, mother, father, teacher, shop assistant, conservationist, waiter, healer, ect are practicing also? Just imagine?! If all humanity showed more love than ever, ones love that is capsulated in all our hearts. Just imagine?! If humanity experienced more love than ever? Now this would be a human revelation. Don’t waste another moment or minute or day or week or month or year or life because you may die tomorrow. You are deserving to explore and experience the beauty of love and it first starts with you… Love and joy Selina
