My one-to-one classes are tailored to suit each baby/parent Classes are baby-led, allowing parents to learn to communicate effectively with their baby Classes are fun and informative. They involve many discussions on parenting and the theory behind Infant Massage Classes offer a safe, fun and non-judgmental environment for you to enjoy one-to-one time with your baby Classes are focused on your baby and his/her cues, which might help overcome any shyness or anxiety about joining a new group. 1.5 hours are given for each class to allow baby time to be made comfortable (sleep/feed/be changed) I will always review the strokes at end of the class. A free refresher class, oils and handouts are included with the cost of the course. All you need to bring is baby and a blanket or towel.
