Why councillors would want to be threatened that if you dont elect a particular individual you wont come back in 2016. Why would you fool yoself and be promised that you are coming back as long as you are supporting that individual. Let me tell u the 2016 process will be having new and well crafted guidelines ANC is taking local government very serious. Please councillors focus on what you do best service delivery.
