Why do plastic bags at the checkout never behave for me like they do for other people? Everyone else peels one off at a time as though pulling petals from a daisy. Effortlessly opening the bag with an ever so slight flick of the wrist which leaves it drawn wide like a mothers arms offering an affectionately loving hug to their groceries. Then there I am, as graceful and fluid as 10 lubed up thumbs trying to remove a parental advisory sticker from a CD case. Wrestling with a giant lasagne that, try as I might, simply will not conform to the restraints of convenient haulage. WHY? WHAT DID I EVER DO TO YOU PLASTIC!? YOU PETROLEUM BASED PETULANT PRICK!
