Why do we exist? What is the purpose of our existence? These are the questions that shape our beliefs, culture and identity. As a human being who has a gift of reason and logic, we dig deeper in search for an answer. But logic and reasoning has limitations, we are only capable of cognitive reasoning based on experience and within our senses. Even how profound we are in seeking the answer we are still lost in the abyss. In the midst of emptiness and ruins, I found the reason of my existence from a humble man named Brian Houston who shared these powerful and transforming words; “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11 The unconditional love of God transcends beyond human logic and reason. Even though we fall short to His glory, He opens the gate of compassion; hope and a seed to cultivate and grow that will create an impact and change lives. My purpose of existence is to be a channel of His blessing and be a substance of change. Share a book is an initiative to help organisation that provides free books to less fortunate kids. As King Solomon stated in Proverbs 4:6-7; “Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you. Wisdom is supreme; therefore get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding”. I believed with this one small step will create a huge impact and bigger vision that will change people’s life.
