Why do you suppose that the Bible clearly states that the love of money is the root of all evil? Havent read that one? Well, it is there. Clear as day. Think about what people will do for money. They sell their bodies, they sell their children, they gamble their food money, they walk over the needy in the street to get to their next feely good prosperity cult meeting. They lie, they cheat, they steal, they kill, they betray those who trust them...all for money. Now we have an entire cult focused only on making more money. The prosperity cult denies the Bible and teaches the value of worldly wealth. Oh, I know, I have heard every excuse in the book for following these wolves. I dont want to hear them. They are worthless. Either follow Gods Word or dont, but do not try and excuse your greed and lust for money. It wont wash with God and it wont wash with me. Be honest with yourself and understand that money and all worldly wealth will not purchase your salvation nor will it make you happy. It is all fleeting...it will soon disappear, becoming worthless. What will you have then as you join the needy on the street? Trade your love of money for your acceptance of Jesus. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Only He can bring you true wealth, peace and joy. Stop playing the games of the world and turn your heart over to Jesus before it is too late...
