Why do you think those people created the artworks in the first - TopicsExpress

Why do you think those people created the artworks in the first place, for shits and giggles or as a humble offering of worship to the divinity of the earth and all the creatures who inhabit it? Why bother preserving the gesture if you are going to ignore the sentiment? What do you think they would be more bothered by; footprints in the desert or the systematic and ruthless destruction of the planet for economic gain? If you are more offended by the former then you need to check yoself and get some perspective. I personally think some yellow banners is a bit limp dicked, they should have carved the message into the dirt like the people did 1500 years before them. Imagine having to explain to future generations why we protected the giant hummingbird drawing in the desert but let the real thing go extinct. iflscience/sites/iflscience/files/styles/ifls_large/public/blog/%5Bnid%5D/nazca%20lines%20greenpeace.jpg?itok=IatQvk-S
