Why is everything in Islam dependent on intention, starting with the shahada which is not valid without the right intention, to wudhu which also needs intention for it to be correct. Yet kufr for some reason can happen almost accidently, without a person ever intending to, according to popular Salafi thought. Eg a person makes dua at the grave of the prophet (s) intending to get his shafaah with Allah to forgive him. This person is intending closeness to Allah, but because you consider it an act of kufr, he is considered a mushrik...?
