Why is it important to believe in yourself? Because if you believe in yourself you actually are able to VISUALISE your success. That ability to visualise what success looks like means you know HOW to succeed. When you dont believe in yourself you arent able to visualise success as easily. It takes time, effort, energy, to force yourself to just see what it looks like. Confident people visualise success over and over and over again. Uncertain people and negative people visualise failure over and over again. What you focus on gives you power, gives you direction, shows you what opportunities to look for and what you need to do to get there. Repetition is the mother of skill. Repeat visualising success and youll become VERY SKILLED at knowing EXACTLY how to get there! And what happens when you get there? Youll have strengthened the neural connections for success so many times that doing it is AUTOMATIC.
