Why is it so hard to say NO?Why do we often end up agreeing to do things we dont want to do?Hmmm! many of us have this problem, n when it happens we become frustrated n even furious with ourselves. We cant say NO because sometimes we dont want to invite people disapproval. But its helpful to establish priorities n boundaries for ourselves. That way, when were asked to do something, well know in advance hw far were prepared to go. Learning to say NO is a function of self-esteem.........
