Why is it that a man who has been hands on with raising his daughter from birth , who has paid his child support , which was not court ordered , on a timely basis for nineteen years , who has given everything this child needed and wanted , who has paid for his child to go to private school , who has taken this child on vacations with and without the mother , who has been nurturing and attentive , who has a room in his home for his daughter, who has walked away from women who had issues with his relationship he has with his daughter , who has attended high school and college fairs with his daughter , who has paid half of her college tuition during her first year of college, who has been a major presence in her life is now being taken to court by the mother. Above was just a small sample of what this man has been to his child. Can someone please explain. Am I missing something that says this man deserves to be taken to court?
