Why is it that many Christians today are lopsided? You may resent that statement of ask, What do you mean? Our resurrected Lord gave the disciples a final responsibility based on what He had taught them. This responsibility was three fold. Number one: Go ye therefore and teach ALL NATIONS, (emphasis mine). Number 2: Baptizing them (ALL NATIONS) in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. Number 3: Teaching them (ALL NATIONS) to observe ALL THINGS WHATSOEVER I have commanded you. I really dont know how our Lord could have made this any simpler! Why it that this command is either ignored all together or one part of it is taken to heart and the rest of this responsibility is ignored. I believe every Christian needs and ought to have a deeper walk with our Lord and our service ought to be an out growth of our relationship with the Lord. This would mean that the goal of our Christian life would be to fulfill all of our God given responsibility to our family, our neighbors..... ALL NATIONS!!
