As per reports, SRKs driver Rajendra Gautam alias Pintu Mishra, 35, was arrested on June 25, 2014 evening by the Bandra Police. Mishra is apparently King Khans logistics driver and has never been the actors personal driver, as he allegedly claimed when he introduced himself to the maid. Mishra had apparently managed to get the maids phone number via a friend. One report mentions a source claiming that Mishra was entrusted with the job of ferrying the actors children between school and home. Apparently, SRKs driver lured this 17 year old girl who had been working at the actress home for the last five to six months, into getting a better work opportunity at SRKs home and took her to a lodge in Nalasopara where he allegedly raped her. When Mishra called on the maids number, reportedly the actress who was married to a former cricketer herself picked up the phone and learnt of her maids plans to quit, and the maid was sacked after clearing her dues. Mishra then took her to Nalasopara on the pretext of helping her out with a place to stay. The Bandra police has booked him under various IPC sections. ---
