Why the RURAL AREA deserve better GOVERNMENT( #APC )? When APC Governors insisted that legislation for Local Government Autonomy should be left with State HOUSES OF ASSEMBLY instead of NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, propagandist went around that they are against LG autonomy. NO, APC wants a situation where laws regarding LG Autonomy are legislated by each state so that Progressives States can make BETTER LEGISLATION on how to effectively manage the FUNDS allocated to local councils for the betterment of the people. Our understanding is that, Progressives will make it difficult for chairmen of councils to loot the Local funds at the detriment of the rural people are desperately yearning to feel the presence of government where they are. CASE OF LOOTING OF FUND: ALGON CHAIRMAN, AKWA IBOM Imagine a Local Government chairman in from Governor Godswill Akpabio Local Council who happens too be ALGON chairman being ARRESTED with $82,000(N13,300,000.00) by the United State Police Department, when asked what he was doing with such undeclared amount of money, he said he wanted to use it for donation. Was money meant for developing RURAL COMMUNITY meant DONATION? Can you see now see why APC demand for a better of way of managing Local Government? All PDP does is to cut amount of funds allocated to local council and give what they like to the council chairman and the council chairman would say, you have cut your own and I will cut my own. PADDY PADDY GOVERNMENT. RUBBISH!
