Why was it so important to identify the Constable who was unlawfully investigating me with my teacher, Juan Gutierrez, at North Harris College? Because the Constable used the same M.O. that the Perp in law enforcement in Panama City, Florida had used against me with Officer Chris Lee, and for the same purpose: to publicly slander and defame me behind my back by making my private information at school public knowledge. That Constable, like Brian Bell, was aware of the audience already created by Liz French and others, who were waiting for his every word gleaned about me at school. This was not gossip, when it was Chris Lee committed the crime against me, and it wasnt gossip, when the Constable committed same crime against me. It was unlawful use of authority by law enforcement officer to commit crime of harassment against me by violating my Constitutional rights on campus. Identifying the Constable, who has never met me, would lead to evidence through phone records, emails, texts, witnesses (Juan Gutierrez), that linked the original Perp in law enforcement in Panama City, Florida to the Constable Perp in Houston, TX. This evidence would establish the time line that this hate crime, up to 2007, had been without ceasing, day & night, across state lines, by the Perp in law enforcement in Panama City, Florida (who hid behind Liz French to attack me in this manner).
