Why we need to document Documentation is a simple word that can lead to many things in life, for example if you don’t have the right documentation you could lose a business deal that is worth billions. Some people have paid double for some products when they fail to keep receipts especially for items that they pay for in instalments. Putting in mind that most people are not as trust worthy, chances are that after agreeing on an issue or deal someone could end up changing the agreed upon position in favour of himself or herself when the agreed position is not documented. Senior citizens have lost their property to relatives and their children that they worked for, for many years end up on the streets with nothing. These are a few of the examples but you could also end up in jail in extreme cases, so people let us learn to put right our documents for our good. It is also beautiful to see the trend of how our lives have changed over the years (keeping track of our jenvedde). Good documentation is also good for success of our businesses and clear direction of where we want to go in life. So let’s begin documenting and storing our records well.
