Absolutely Great Pumpkin Dump Cake Submitted by Penny Crain (IN) Ingredients Absolutely Almond Pound Cake Mix™ 30 oz can pumpkin pie filling 12 oz can evaporated milk 3 eggs 1/2 cup pecans; finely chopped 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter; melted Directions Grease 9x13 inch pan. Combine pumpkin pie filling, evaporated milk and eggs; mix well. Pour into pan and sprinkle with dry Absolutely Almond Pound Cake Mix. Gently pat down with spoon to moisten bottom of mix, drizzle melted butter over the top and sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350°; 45-50 minutes. Other pie fillings can be substituted. Makes 12-14 servings.
