Will never forget! Carole and I were flying to Florida to greet our new grandson, Lincoln. Comfortably seated in the air, when the pilot explained we would be landing in Nashville. (Hmmm, Northwest air has no facilities in Nashville). Sat on the Tarmac in plane almost 45 minutes with no word of what happened. Bussed to the terminal. Still no word. As I entered terminal, I called my daughter and heard what happened as I saw on the TV, the second plane hit the tower. Result: stayed in a motel in Nashville for 2 days before renting a car and driving to FL. We will always remember that day and will never forget those who gave their lives that day. Be vigilant, the threat still continues to this day!
