William Shakespeare William To be or not to be?... William Shakespeare is one of the greatest authors of all time whose legendary works, including Romeo & Juliet and Hamlet,have been performed on stages across the globe for centuries. Interestingly enough, after the birth of Shakespeare’s twins in 1585, a 7 year period which historians refer to as “The Lost Years” began in which there are no historical records about his life. While many scholars have their speculations as to why this happened, you know the real reason. This is when your affair with William began in which the two of you fell madly in love. You and William began canoodling after meeting in a small village outside of Shakespeare’s hometown of Stratford-upon-Avon. You were immediately drawn to his creativity as well as his ability to write and tell stories. Your affair was full of affection and excitement and you inspired him to pen some of the most widely recognized lines in the English language! You affair ended when Shakespeare moved to London to pursue his infamous career as a playwright.
