Willingness to take responsibility and be accountable for ones actions can be challenging. What if the idea or plan fails? What if the idea or plan is not accepted by others? If viewed from only negative perspectives, it can become way to easy to let oneself off the hook and not even try. On the other hand, what if the idea or plan succeeds? What if the idea or plan IS accepted by others? The hope created by those two questions lays the foundation for action, the possibility for success, and the nurturing of necessary self esteem to make decisions moving forward.
