Winchester 6/28/13 Lester Riley appeared to have won his first-career Four-Cylinder feature as he lead all 15-laps from the pole, however a post-race inspection found him light at the scales, handing the win to points leader Ed Gageby. Allen Whitt Jr. was second, Justin Hottle third, Roger Whitlock was fourth with Jess Boyce taking fifth. Riley won the heat. In the nightcap 20-lap U-Car feature it was current points leader Brenda Alexander scoring her second win of the season, and first since opening day. Alexander started on the pole and would lead the distance, but would have to fend off the challenges of defending track champion Kevin Oates to score the win. Mark Pollard was third, Bobby Perry took fourth with Justin Katz rounding out the top-five. Heats for the 34-cars went to Alexander, Perry and Oates. 1. Ed Gageby 2. Allen Whitt Jr. 3.
