Wind advisory remains in effect until 4pm. As of 9AM, a few showers around, but a squall line looms in western NJ, with warnings up. Warnings mainly for strong winds within the line, as theres no lightning or thunder with it. It may weaken a bit before Long Island too, so lets see what happens. Still, be reminded of a continuing wind threat, regardless. Winds are howling for Long Island even before it comes through so keep in mind, winds will stay strong until this thing blows through towards late morning and midday from west to east.
