Windows experts, if you could help me out here I would be - TopicsExpress

Windows experts, if you could help me out here I would be eternally grateful. When my PC boots, after the BIOS shunts boot to the OS, I get a long pause with dots coming up every second or so. I cant figure out WHY this is happening, or how to alleviate it. It didnt happen when I first got this mainboard, but did happen after some hardware changes (I tried a new mainboard, which was bunk, and reverted to this one). I thought it might be some lingering thing from the drive involved being formatted in a UEFI board, but this drive is brand new and never touched by the former install. Windows was installed yesterday, and for an SSD, this is a huge long wait. Video below to show precisely what my 1:15 boot from power on to desktop. If you yourself cant help, do feel free to repost this at anyone you think can. Someone on the Internet can help me, I just have to find them! https://youtube/watch?v=gim9rhKfOZs
